Service Agreement Branding & Advertising Bundles
1 Project Scope & Content Delivery
- Client Responsibility: The client must provide all brand assets (high resolution logos, specific text for website and any prefer. Images) whiting 7 days of purchase.
- -production timeline: work will begin once all assets are received, Delays in assets delivery will result in a reschedule launch date
2- Website design & revisions (combos #2 & #3
-Revision limit: The bundle price include two (2) rounds of revisions A round is defined as a consolidated list of changes. Further revisions will be billed at a rate of $75/hour
-Platform fees: The bundle covers the design and set up only.
Monthly or annual hosting subscriptions (Webador, Wix, go-daddy etc) and domain renewal fees are responsibility of the client.
- Final Approval: Publication of the website constitutes final approval Post Launch changes are subject to maintenance fees.
Managed Advertising (Combo # 3)
- Ad Spend Deployment: The $300 ad credit will be managed my ((South Bay Marketing Boutique) via Google Ads over a period of 30 days.
- No guarantee results: While (South Bay Marketing Boutique) uses professional marketing standards we do not guarantee a specific number of sales, clicks, or leads. Ad performance is subject to market competition and consumer behavior.
- Refund Policy: Once ad funds are committed to the google Ads platform, they are non -refundable.
- Custom Apparel Production
- -Approval: Digital mockups will be sent for approval before printing. Once the client approves the mockup, no further changes can be made to the physical items.
- -Variations: Small variations I color or placement are inherent to the custom printing process and are not grounds for refund.
